Dear colleagues,

we would like to inform you that Hradec Králové Anglophone Conference 2016  will take place on 22-23 March 2016.

The conference is organized by the Department of English Language and Literature, Faculty of Education, University of Hradec Králové, Czech Republic.

We welcome contributions from the following fields of Anglophone studies:

·         Linguistics 

·         Literature 

·         Cultural Studies

·         Methodology (ELT)

We are very proud to announce that Prof. PhDr. Jaroslav Peprník, CSc. (PalackýUniversity, Olomouc) will deliver the keynote address at the 2016 event.

Since 2016 marks 400^th anniversary of William Shakespeare´s death, we would like to dedicate a special conference section to the Bard of Avon. All related topics are therefore greatly appreciated. 

The conference language is English. Presentations can include lectures, poster demonstrations and exhibitions of materials. Selected contributions will be published in the peer-reviewed journal Hradec Králové Journal of Anglophone Studies.

The deadline for registration is 17 January 2016.

Conference Fee is 1,000 CZK or 40 €.
